The Amendment introduces the Greenvale North (Part 2) Precinct Structure Plan (Victorian Planning Authority, June 2025) (PSP) that covers approximately 33 hectares of land known as 30-98 Lysterfield Drive, Greenvale into the Hume Planning Scheme to allow the development of the land for residential purposes and provides for the protection of the Greenvale Reservoir and makes other changes to the planning scheme to implement the directions of the PSP.
