Proposes to amend Schedule 2 to Clause 37.02 (Comprehensive Development Zone) to include Materials recycling as a Section 2 use and update permit conditions to align with changes introduced by Amendment VC175, update the Schedule to Clause 43.01 (Heritage Overlay) to delete HO259 following the demolition of the former Kalkallo Park homestead, update the Schedule to Clause 66.04 (Referral of permit applications under local provisions) to include Yarra Valley Water as a Recommending referral authority for Materials recycling permit applications under the CDZ2, and make associated mapping changes.
