The amendment implements built form guidelines to support urban renewal in the Bridge Mall and Bakery Hill Precinct as recommended by the Bridge Mall Built Form Framework (Urbis, 2023) and implements the Bridge Mall/Bakery Hill Precinct Statement of Significance (GJM Heritage, revised by Landmark Heritage, March 2023), by amending Schedule 1 to Clause 43.02 (Design and Development Overlay) and amending the Schedule to Clause 43.01 (Heritage Overlay). The amendment also changes the Schedule to Clause 72.04 (Incorporated Documents) and Clause 72.08 (Background Documents) to reflect the updated incorporated and background documents.
