Implements the recommendations of the recently reviewed Ballarat West Precinct Structure Plan (BWPSP) February 2026 and Ballarat West Development Contributions Plan (BWDCP) February 2026, by revising Schedule 2 to the Urban Growth Zone (UGZ2), Schedule 1 to the Development Contributions Plan Overlay (DCPO1), Schedule to Clause 52.16 Native Vegetation Precinct Plan and Schedule to Clause 72.04 Incorporated Documents, introducing the Small Lot Housing Code as an Incorporated Document, and replacing the existing BWPSP, BWDCP and Ballarat West Native Vegetation Precinct Plan (BWNVPP) Incorporated Documents with revised versions.
