Amendment C101 (Campaspe)

The amendment applies the Heritage Overlay to six new heritage precincts and 99 new heritage places throughout the municipality, corrects Heritage Overlay mapping errors, amends the boundaries of existing heritage precincts and renumbers heritage places, amends Clause 21.04 and 21.05 of the Municipal Strategic Statement, amends Clause 22.02 (Heritage Policy), amends the Schedule to Clause 43.01 (Heritage Overlay) to insert six new heritage precincts and 99 new heritage places, delete three heritage places, replace interim heritage controls, update the reference to the incorporated plan and make other minor corrections, amends the Schedule to Clause 61.03 to include 11 new Planning Scheme Maps and amends the Schedule to Clause 81.01 to update the reference of an existing incorporated document and to insert two new incorporated documents.
