WatchAmends Schedule 1 to Clause 37.07 (Urban Growth Zone), the Schedule to Clause 72.04 (Incorporated Documents) and the Echuca West Precinct Structure Plan incorporated document to state that the Echuca West Precinct Structure Plan will expire on 9 September 2027. The amendment also rezones land at 20 Patho School Road, Patho from a Public Conservation Resource Zone (PCRZ) to a Farming Zone 1 (FZ1) and deletes the Heritage Overlay (HO130 ? Ky West Hotel) from land at 1517 Graham Road, Kyabram.
