Amendment C100 (Mildura)

Amend Clause 21.03 (Vision and Strategic Framework) to include reference to the Sixteenth Street Greenway. Amend Clause 22.10 (Local Areas) to include reference to the Sixteenth Street Greenway. Insert a new Schedule 14 to Clause 43.02 Design and Development Overlay for residential land located on the southern side of Sixteenth Street between Deakin Avenue and Riverside Avenue. Rezones two parcels of Council owned land on Deakin Avenue Mildura described as Lot1/TP108783 & Lot1/TP673504 from Farming Zone to the Public Park and Recreation Zone.
