Authorisation No A604 Rezone land in accordance recommendations of the Strategic Assessment of Options for the Provision of Additional Industrial Bulky Goods and CBD Retailing Land in Sale - 29 Oct 2007. Introduce Schedule 12 to the Design and Development Overlay and Schedules 2 & 3 to the Development Plan Overlay. Apply the Environmental Audit Overlay to land in the proposed Mixed Use Zone and amend Clauses 21.04 & 21.06 of the Municipal Strategic Statement in particular the maps - Sale Strategy Plan and the Sale Strategy Preferred Activity Precincts.
