Amendment C120well (Wellington)

The amendment proposes to implement the recommendations of the Maffra Structure Plan (Mesh, 2022) into the Wellington Planning Scheme by introducing new planning policy pertaining to Maffra, rezoning land within Maffra from General Residential Zone Schedule 1 to General Residential Zone Schedule 2, updating the Development Plan Overlay Schedule 1 and removing it from selected sites, correcting zone and overlay anomalies, inserting the Maffra Structure Plan as a background document and adding the outstanding recommendations from the MSP as further strategic work.
