Amendment C031pt1 (Northern Grampians)
WatchAmendment C31 Part 1 implements the findings of flood investigations undertaken for Concongella, Upper Wimmera, Glenorchy and Mount William Creek by applying flood controls to affected land areas to ensure that flooding is considered in development proposals, and by exempting planning permit requirements for various forms of development when certain conditions are met.
