Amendment C031pt2ngra (Northern Grampians)

This Amendment has been prepared by the Northern Grampians Shire Council as the planning authority for this Amendment with an request of Wimmera Catchment Management Authority. This is the second part of the C031 amendment which applies the Floodway Overlay (FO) and Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) to Halls Gap area on land which is subject to flooding in a 1 in 100 year flood event. Therefore, the amendment inserts new planning scheme maps of FO and LSIO for Halls Gap and amends Schedule 1 of each 44.03 (FO) and 44.04 (LSIO) to add Halls Gap in the schedules. The amendment also updates Clause 21.03 by including the flood study as a Reference Document within the Northern Grampians Shire Planning Scheme and amend Clause 72.03 to update the list of maps comprising part of the scheme.
