Schedule 9 (NRZ9) and Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ), deletes Design and Development Overlay ? Schedule 2 (DDO2) and applies Development Plan Overlay - Schedule 8 (DPO8) to guide development. The amendment is a combined planning permit application and amendment under section 96A of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 with the permit application to subdivide the land into five lots.
