The Amendment translates the Municipal Strategic Statement and Local Planning Policies of the Golden Plains Planning Scheme into the new Planning Policy Framework at Clauses 11-19 and Municipal Planning Strategy at Clause 02 introduced into the Victoria Planning Provisions by Amendment VC148. The Amendment also makes policy neutral changes to the Schedule to Clause 43.01, and a selected number of general provisions and operational provisions.
