Amendment C79wang (Wangaratta)

The amendment proposes to implement the key recommendations of the Wangaratta Health Precinct Structure Plan into the Planning Scheme, including specific local policy relating to the Health Precinct, the rezoning of land and the application of overlays to achieve the objectives of the plan. The amendment also seeks to rezone land at 8 Sadler Street, Wangaratta and alter the single dwelling permit trigger in the schedules to the General and Neighborhood Residential Zones.
