Rezones 169A and 183 Princes Highway, Port Fairy, from Farming Zone and General Residential Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone, deletes Design and Development Overlay Schedules 15 and 21 from the land, and applies the Development Plan Overlay Schedule 5. A concurrent Planning Permit proposes to subdivide the land into multiple residential lots, undertake earthworks (cut and fill), create or alter access to a road in a Transport Zone 2, and create and remove easements.
