Amendment C56mans (Mansfield)

The amendment implements the sections of the Mansfield Township Approaches and Guidelines Study, 2018 which apply to commercial and industrial land along Mansfield Township's approaches by applying the Design and Development Overlay. The amendment seeks to protect the valued Alpine character of Mansfield Township by ensuring appropriate design outcomes within the built environment that contribute to an attractive, inviting and memorable entry experience for residents, businesses and visitors.
