WatchAmends Schedule 3 to Clause 37.07 Urban Growth Zone (UGZ3) to specify the Transport Zone 1 (TRZ1) as the applied zone for land identified on Plan 1 of the Schedule as Railway Station Carpark and introduce a provision to allow the General Residential Zone Schedule 1 (GRZ1) to be applied to surplus land not required for transport purposes as determined by the Head, Transport for Victoria.
