Applies to the Ararat East Development Area to update the planning controls for the area. The amendment proposes to rezone land from the General Residential Zone to the Low Density Residential Zone, rezone land from the General Residential Zone to the Neighbourhood Residential Zone, amend Schedule 2 to Clause 43.02 Design and Development Overlay and amend Schedule 2 to Clause 43.04 Development Plan Overlay.
