The amendment rezones land from Mixed Use Zone (MUZ) to Comprehensive Development Zone, Schedule 1 (CDZ1), replaces the CDZ1 with a new format schedule and inserts the incorporated document ?Victoria Gardens Comprehensive Development Plan (Department of Transport and Planning, April 2024)? and deletes the ?Victoria Gardens ? Building Envelope and Precinct Plan and Precinct 3 Plan ? Warehouse Area? incorporated document, deletes DDO9 from the site, applies the Environmental Audit Overlay (EAO) to land subject to the ?sensitive use buffer? in the CDZ1 located within Lot 14 on Plan of Subdivision 427328, applies a Parking Overlay (PO2) and makes other consequential changes to the Yarra Planning Scheme.
