Amendment C225more (Merri-bek)

Renames the Planning Scheme from Moreland to Merri-bek to reflect the change of the name of the municipality on 26 September 2022. All references to Moreland in the planning scheme are replaced with Merri-bek except for policy and reference documents, roads and completed planning scheme amendment references which remain unaffected by the name change.
