The amendment facilitates the reconfiguration and reinstatement of the existing materials recycling facility in conjunction with a refuse transfer station at Clarinda, operated by Alex Fraser Group, to facilitate the temporary use of part of the Project land for the SRL East Project by applying the Specific Controls Overlay (SCO17) to the project land and inserting the Materials Recycling Facility and Transfer Station, Clarinda (Alex Fraser Group and the Suburban Rail Loop Authority, July 2024) Incorporated Document into the Kingston Planning Scheme.
