Proposes to implement the Beaufort Homes Serial Listing Citation (Landmark Heritage Pty Ltd, October 2022) and the updated Grand Junction Estate and Matthews Hill Precinct Citation (Context Pty Ltd, August 2025) by applying the Heritage Overlay on a permanent basis to seven properties known as the Beaufort Homes in Albion and Sunshine (HO154), deleting the Heritage Overlay (HO151) from 15 Servante Street, Sunshine as it is proposed to be absorbed into HO154, and deleting the interim heritage gradings of 81 Monash Street, 49 Parsons Street, 81 Parsons Street and 17 Robinson Street, Sunshine (HO151) to apply revised gradings on a permanent basis. It also proposes to amend Clause 15.03-1L (Heritage conservation - Brimbank) to insert new local policy, update design guidelines for HO151, and make other consequential changes to the Brimbank Planning Scheme.
