Amendment C212more (Moreland)

Amendment C212more proposes to make the following changes to the Moreland Planning Scheme: - Deletion of overlays identified in the Planning Scheme Review Report 2018 that are no longer required. - Non-policy neutral changes to the Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Planning Policy Framework (PPF) identified during the translation of the Local Planning Policy Framework (LPPF) to the new format PPF. - Implementation of 3D modelling application requirements for the Brunswick Activity Centre and Neighbourhood Activity Centres in support of Recommendation 4UD of the Moreland Planning Scheme Review Report 2018 to better strengthen Virtual Moreland requirements in the planning scheme. - Correction of anomalies that have been identified in the Moreland Planning Scheme by fixing ordinance, mapping and clerical errors, including rezoning of land. - Rezoning of land purchased for new parks as part of the implementation of A Park Close to Home: a framework to fill open space gaps, 2017.
