Amendment C208more (Merri-bek)

to implement the recommendations of the Moreland Heritage Nominations Study 2022 by applying the Heritage Overlay on a permanent basis to 38 individual heritage places, 1 serial listing, 5 new precincts, 3 precinct extensions and 2 precinct reductions and deleting individual Heritage Overlays from 5 properties being included in the new serial listing. The amendment corrects a number of mapping and curtilage anomalies and makes related consequential changes to the Merri-bek Planning Scheme.
