Amendment C173mona (Monash)

Implements the Huntingdale Precinct Plan 2020 by introducing a new local policy, rezoning land within the precinct to Commercial 1 Zone, Mixed Use Zone and General Residential Zone and applying the Environmental Audit Overlay where land is potentially contaminated. The amendment removes the existing Design and Development Overlay (DDO) applying in the precinct and introduces two new DDOs to all commercial, mixed use and industrial land within the precinct boundary. The amendment also makes other consequential changes to the scheme.
