Amendment C145bawb facilitates the residential expansion of Yarragon by rezoning 28 and part of 63 Yarragon-Leongatha Road, Yarragon, from Farming Zone (FZ) to Neighbourhood Residential Zone Schedule 1 (NRZ1); applies the Heritage Overlay (HO356) to the Deloraine Homestead at 63 Yarragon-Leongatha Road, Yarragon; and incorporates the Deloraine Homestead Statement of Significance. The amendment is a combined planning permit application and planning scheme amendment under section 96A of the Act. Planning Permit PLA0262/21 allows the staged, multi-lot subdivision of the land and removal of native vegetation.
