Amendment C133surf (Surf Coast)

Implements the strategic directions of the Rural Hinterland Futures Strategy (2019) by amending the planning policy framework to encourage increased agricultural, agri-tourism and tourism opportunities while protecting the environmental and landscape values of the hinterland, amends the Schedule to the Farming Zone to delete a provision that enables a variation to the minimum lot size within the Thompsons Creek Catchment area, amends the Schedule to Clause 72.08 to insert relevant strategies as background documents, and amends the Schedule to Clause 74.02 to delete completed and insert new further strategic work.
