The amendment changes the planning provisions for land owned by the Victorian Government at 30 Pearce Street and 41 Pearce Street, Wodonga, which is nominated for the Inclusionary Housing Pilot and 24 Jarrah Street, Wodonga which is owned by the Department of Health and Human Services. The amendment rezones 30 Jarrah Street & 41 Pearce Street, Wodonga from Public Use Zone - Education to General Residential Zone - Schedule 1, applies Development Plan Overlay to the site and makes the Minister for Planning the responsible authority for the site. The amendment rezones 24 Jarrah Street, Wodonga from Public Use Zone - Education to Public Use Zone - Health & Community.
