Amendment C123fran (Frankston)

Implements the recommendations of the Frankston Metropolitan Activity Centre Structure Plan 2015 by deleting Comprehensive Development Zone Schedule 2, inserting a new Activity Centre Zone Schedule 1 (ACZ1), rezoning land in Precincts 1, 2 and 3 of the structure plan to ACZ1 and land in Precinct 11 to Public Park and Recreation Zone, and making other minor consequential changes to the Frankston Planning Scheme.
