The Amendment is for a combined planning scheme amendment and planning permit application. The Amendment rezones land at 290-298 Millers Road, Altona North to the Commercial 2 Zone (C2Z) and applies the Design and Development Overlay (DDO13) and the Environmental Audit Overlay (EAO) to the land. It also amends the existing Schedule 13 to the Design and Development Overlay and the local planning policy framework (LPPF) and prohibits gaming on the land. The Planning Permit allows use of the land at 24-42 Cabot Drive and 290-2989 Millers Road, Altona North for a supermarket and licensed premises, the construction of buildings and works, subdivision of the land into six (6) lots, erection and display of signage, the creation and alteration of access to a road in a Road Zone and the removal and variation of easements on the land.
