WatchThe Amendment implements the Tarrington Structure Plan (2014) by amending Clause 21.10 and Clause 21.11, rezoning land from Farming Zone to Rural Living Zone and Township Zone, introducing a new minimum lot size in the schedule to the Rural Living Zone, inserting Design and Development Overlay Schedule 10 (DDO10), Design and Development Overlay Schedule 11 (DDO11) and Development Plan Overlay Schedule 13, to guide the development of Tarrington.
