Amendment C012 (Delatite)

To correct errors and omissions in the Special Use Zone Schedule 3 - Mountain Bay the Environmental Significance Overlay Schedule 2 - Lake Eildon Catchment and the Incorporated Documents Schedule. It is noted that corrections do not have any effect on the use and development permitted on the land affected however they do clarify the intent of the zone provisions and allow for the current provisions to make sense.
